About One Stop
One Stop Student Services was established in 2013 to better serve our campus community. We work to make your experience with enrollment, academic records, financial aid, and making payments as smooth as possible.
Once you are admitted and make the decision to join our Volunteer family, you’ll be welcomed to Rocky Top by your Vol Success Team. Your Vol Success Team includes your One Stop counselor, academic advisor, and academic or honors coach. This dedicated support network, along with faculty members and peer mentors, helps you set and achieve your academic, professional, and personal goals.
One Stop & You
One Stop counselors are ready to assist you with any questions or support you need.
The role of a One Stop counselor is to:
- Provide the support you need to stay on-track and informed in areas of enrollment, academic records, financial aid, and billing and payment
- Help you get plugged in to any additional support or connection points you need
Your role is to:
- Stay active and engaged with your academic and personal progress
- Closely monitor and respond to any important email notifications One Stop and supporting offices send you
- Be proactive and stay informed of any action steps you need to take, dates and deadlines, and your registration, financial aid and payment status.
