This scholarship was designated for fall 2022 students who were selected for the Gerber Architecture Scholarship Program at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, College of Architecture and Design.
This “last dollar” scholarship covers tuition and fees, including differential tuition, up to five years. Your scholarship is determined based on the funds needed after you receive other scholarships and awards from both private and public sources for which you qualified and were awarded, including University of Tennessee merit and/or need-based awards.
This “last-dollar” scholarship pays the balance of tuition and fees that is not covered by other student scholarships and awards from both private and public sources. Because each student’s financial account is unique, the amount of the last-dollar scholarship will be unique to each student and could be different each semester or term.
The scholarship does not cover personal expenses, books, room and board, or other education-related expenses. Students must meet and maintain certain criteria to be eligible for the scholarship support.
Please register for a financial aid consultation to discuss how this scholarship impacts you.
The last-dollar scholarship pays tuition and fees for students in the fall 2022 first-year class of the School of Architecture. If students meet the requirements, they will continue to receive the scholarship each year during their five years in the School of Architecture. The one-time technology stipend is disbursed to students in fall 2022.
