UT is a member of the Academic Common Market (ACM), a program enabling out-of-state students to pursue college degrees at discounted, in-state tuition rates. More than 1,900 undergraduate and graduate degree programs are available through agreements among the states and schools.

If you receive ACM rates, you are not considered eligible for additional institutional scholarships, due to the higher award amount provided by the ACM. Please contact our Admissions team with questions about Academic Common Market at UT.
