Previous Professional Experience in Higher Education:
I worked for 10.5 years at Edfinancial Services. My primary responsibilities included providing technical support and issue resolution to schools and marketing clients. I proactively worked to maintain target school accounts with daily phone and email contact to assist with questions and processes.
In addition, I represented Edfinancial Services at State and Regional Southeast and Western/Rocky Mountain conferences. I supported marketing partners in operational meetings as well as demonstrating presentations to a variety of schools.
I am a proud mother of twin teenage girls, a crazy two-year-old girl, step-daughter, and step-son. I could not imagine my life without my wonderful kids, but I also could not imagine my life without my best friend, whom I am married to. I am truly blessed.
My hobbies include painting, sewing, and drawing, as well as spending quality time with my family.
I have volunteered five years helping raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA).
What You Enjoy About Working with Students:
My greatest reward is hearing from students and their parents about the ways their lives have changed and evolved, especially in ways they had never thought about before. This is always exciting for me to not only witness, but be a part of as well.
